Interactive learning is part of our DNA

Digitec's staff has been involved in eLearning since the 1990s, when computer-based training was in its infancy. We cut our teeth on repurposing video laser disks for training and built our first CBTs using primitive authoring tools.

Over the years, we've stayed on the leading edge of interactive learning and today, we are nationally recognized for our game-based learning design and development. In 2002, Digitec was the winner of a nationally renowned Brandon-Hall Excellence in ELearning award for a highly interactive and entertaining game-based eLearning program, Credit Compass. In 2005, Digitec won Technology & Learning magazine's Award of Excellence for another game-based program, Grab Todd's Cash.

We develop custom eLearning courses for The Walt Disney Company, YUM! Brands, Cisco Systems, The National Association of College and University Food Services, and FINRA, to name a few.

Knowledge Direct® is an outgrowth of our interactive learning experience

In the early 2000s, Digitec leveraged its experience in online learning to design and develop Knowledge Direct®, an integrated learning management system that enables users to easily create, deliver, and manage online learning, without the need for programmers, database administrators, and other such personnel.

As a Software as a Service (SaaS) or a client-hosted learning management system, Knowledge Direct® can be deployed quickly. We provide hosting and support, as well as content development services.

Our Knowledge Direct® clients include the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, Parsons-Brinckerhoff, LRP Publications, InTouch Wireless, the National Association of College and University Food Services, The Walt Disney Company, CVM Solutions, and others.

Digitec hosts Knowledge Direct® from a Tier 1 co-location facility in Orlando, Florida.
