STLE Self-Paced Online eLearning Course Example
Digitec Interactive worked hand in hand with subject matter experts from the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). Digitec used interviews and existing teaching materials to propose the instructional design, write the script/storyboards, produce the graphics and Flash® programming and animation.
Digitec’s staff produced the course to enable STLE to continue to make changes and manage the content, long-term.
Features of this course include:
• Scenario-based approach to the content, providing context and a problem to introduce and resolve within each module
• Mentor-driven design with a narrated host that guides the learner through the content
• Instructional activities to enable the learner to reflect on the content, completing interactive challenges to apply the learning
